We donated four ultrasonic scalpels to the Kaohsiung City Animal Protection Office today (2024.03.07) to support animal protection and enhance the efficiency of veterinary surgeries.
These ultrasonic scalpels will become crucial equipment in the operating rooms. We firmly believe that these tools will help improve the quality of life for animals, promote animal welfare and community health, and provide veterinarians with a safer and more effective working environment.
After the donation ceremony, veterinarians from the Kaohsiung City Animal Protection Office immediately proceeded with ovariohysterectomy surgeries for dogs.
The ultrasonic scalpel adopts advanced technology, which can deliver high-frequency ultrasonic waves in real-time during surgery, simultaneously cutting tissues and coagulating blood vessels, thereby reducing bleeding. Veterinarians can perform spaying surgeries more precisely and quickly, significantly shortening the recovery time for animals. This is a significant improvement for the busy operating rooms of the Kaohsiung City Animal Protection Office.
Additionally, we invited other veterinarians from the Office to observe, providing them with practical insight into the application of ultrasonic scalpels and further promoting its use and dissemination in the field of animal healthcare.
